Back To the Base!
The Word of God is real!
I know it and I believe it.
How I pray that it will be established in all areas of mine life NOW!
Unfortunately, it is not so.
I have to patiently wait for its manifestation in my life, having done the will of God (Hebrews 10:36).
The scripture says, “Having done all, to stand firm” (Ephesians 6:13)
But then, have I done all?
This I wonder!
So, I go back to the base: Word Study.
The Word of God reveals the will of God for me and shows me how to access it (1Corinthians 2:9-13).
I reach out for it and it seems far-fetched.
I ask myself, “is it really for me?”
Then the Holy Spirit reminds me that God has given me richly all things to enjoy (1 Timothy 6:17).
Why am I not getting them?
So, I go back to the base: Word Study.
I realize that I need to grow my faith in God (Jude 20),
I need to walk in absolute obedience to God (Deuteronomy 28:1-2),
I need to walk in love (Ephesians 5:1-2) and
I need to be prayerful (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18).
How do I go about these?
So, I go back to the base: Word Study.
Word Again! You may exclaim.
Yes. It is the food of the spirit (1 Peter 2:2).
The world is created and maintained by it (Hebrews 11:3).
Your victory over the opposing force is by it (1 John 2:14).
It reveals who you are in Christ and your inheritance in Christ (Acts 20:32).
Your joy and peace anchor on your knowledge of it (John 14:27).
So, for more revelations, you go back to base: Word Study.
In my little journey in Christ, I have realized that the word of God is true.
I still have a lot to learn, but the little I know so far, drive me to learn more.
I desire to please God and to receive power, riches, wisdom, strength, honor, glory and blessing! (Revelations 5:12)
Ultimately, I long to end up in heaven where my Lord is.
Therefore, I will keep going back to the base: Word Study.
For there lies my VICTORY.

What a beautiful and inspiring stanza! It’s an eye opener. Many of us (i mean believers) need to read this write up. This is because so many believers lack the working knowledge of the word of God and how God answers prayers, hence many are disillusioned, frustrated and confused. We need to know that there is more to John Heb.10:35-36
