Building Relationships For Success In Life
5Have you ever been in a relationship that frustrated your life? Or are you in a relationship that is draining you instead of adding to you? For you to have success in life you need purposeful relationships that are well defined. This article discusses this major success key.
Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend – Proverbs 27:17 (KJV)
Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners – 1 Corinthians 15:33 (KJV)
Can two walk together, except they be agreed? Amos 3:3 (KJV)
Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour – Ecclesiastes 4:9 (KJV)
Relationship is the mutual dealings, connections, or feelings that exist between two parties, countries, people, etc: a business relationship.
Relationships in life are not optional; they are mandatory if you are to be successful in life. Building quality relationship is a success key that is very crucial and needful in realizing one’s goals and objectives in life.
One must then be wise and selective in building relationships. A wrong relationship can be devastating, heartbreaking, dream killing and vision-destroying. For instance, Abraham lost sight of God’s vision for him until he separated from Lot. God showed him the Promised Land only after Lot had departed from him. Also Rehoboam, King Solomon’s son, lost control of the entire nation of Israel because he chose to listen to his young friends instead of the wise counsel of the elders.
On the other hand, David’s throne was secured because of his relationship with Jonathan. Also, Elisha’s relationship with Elijah enabled him to achieve twice what his master achieved.
We can therefore conclude that relationships either make you enjoy success or failure in life. A wrong relationship is detrimental to progress and success in life. It can totally destroy your life and destiny; your gift, expertise and divine grace notwithstanding. Therefore, it is your responsibility to choose wisely, people of great value when building relationships. (more…)
Reasons to submit ideas to God
4
Have you ever embarked on an idea and wished later that you didn’t? Sometimes such ventures can be very costly and even deadly. The best way to avoid regrets is to submit all ideas to God. This article gives you vital reasons to surrender all ideas to God.
Proverbs 14:12 (KJV) says, “There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.” God, the Alpha and the Omega, Knows the end from the beginning. When you submit your ideas to God you avoid any unforeseen issues on the way.
Reasons to submit ideas to God
1. Divine direction
A man’s heart deviseth his way: but the LORD directeth his steps – Proverbs 16:9 (KJV). You enjoy divine guidance when you submit your plans to God. God will order your footsteps aright and help you not to go on a wasteful or disastrous journey.
2. Provision
And he said unto them, When I sent you without purse, and scrip, and shoes, lacked ye any thing? And they said, Nothing – Luke 22:35. When your ideas are in agreement with God’s plan for you, He supplies all that is needed for the ideas to succeed.
3. Divine backup
Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass – Psalm 37:5 (KJV). When King David submitted his battle plans to God, God not only gave him directions but also helped him, (1 Samuel 23:4). Any idea submitted to God enjoys God’s backing. (more…)
Why Submission to God Part 2

Why should you submit to God? What would you gain by submitting to God? This post gives the remaining reason why you should submit to God.
Reasons to submit to God
6.Victory – This is guaranteed when you submit to God. God is the Almighty and He will prove Himself in any battle you may be facing. James 4:7 (KJV) – “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”
7. Provision – Submission to God commands provision from Him. God is committed to supplying all your needs when you totally yield to Him. Matthew 6:31-33 (KJV) – “Therefore take no thought, saying, what shall we eat? Or, what shall we drink? Or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
8. Good health – Sickness and diseases are not from God. When you submit to God He takes them away from you. Exodus 23:25 –“You shall serve the Lord your God; He shall bless your bread and water, and I will take sickness from your midst.”
9. Long life – God desires that you enjoy life and have it in abundance, (John 10:10) but this is only possible when you yield to Him. Psalm 91:14, 16 (KJV) – “Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. With long life will I satisfy him and shew him my salvation.”
10. Eternal life – The ultimate benefit of submission to God is eternal life. This is a life of peace with God after death. John 10:27-28 – “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.”
In conclusion, Submitting to God is the wisest thing to do. It offers you abundant life here on earth and beyond. Therefore ensure to submit to Him.
What other reason do you have for submitting to God?

Why Submission to God Part 1
4
Why should you submit to God? What would you gain by submitting to God? There are two forces operating on earth – the good and the bad. And whichever force you submit to controls your life, (Romans 6:16). This article gives reasons why submission to God is a better choice.
We are creatures of choices and our choices determine our today and tomorrow. Deuteronomy 30:19 (KJV) says, “I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life that both thou and thy seed may live:”
God is associated with good and life. When you choose God, you choose good and life. Many people think that to submit to God is to submit to bondage and misery, but the case is the very opposite. Submission to God offers freedom and happiness. What else?
Reasons to submit to God
1. Empowerment – God certainly is far higher than the devil and submitting to God is to be empowered to operate in the same level with God. Daniel 11:32 (KJV) says, “…but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.”
2. Success – God is a God of success. When you yield to God you become exposed to God’s kind of success. Joshua 1:8 (AMP) – “This Book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success”
3. Fulfilment – Many people are not fulfilled because they failed to submit their life, ideas, family, business, vision etc to God. Submission to God in every area of your life enthrones God as your counsellor, guide and leader over your life. God takes care of what is committed to him. Psalm 37:5 (KJV) – “Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.”
4. Peace and joy – A life submitted unto God is a life of peace and joy. God leads in the paths of peace (Psalm 23:2). Also Psalm 16:11 (KJV) says, “Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.”
5. Protection – God protects everyone that is under His care. No force can harm you when you are under God’s covering. Psalm 91:9-11 (KJV) – “Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; there shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.

How To Enjoy The Best of God
0Hi, Jesus loves you
Are you at the verge of deciding for Jesus but you are wondering what life in Christ holds for you? Or are you a Christian believer but you think that an unbeliever enjoys a more successful life than you do? God has not called you to seek Him in vain. This article is to tell you how to enjoy the best of God.
“I have not spoken in secret, in a corner of the land of darkness; I did not call the descendants of Jacob [to a fruitless service], saying, Seek Me for nothing [but I promised them a just reward]. I, the Lord, speak righteousness (the truth–trustworthy, straightforward correspondence between deeds and words); I declare things that are right.” Isaiah 45:19 (AMP)
God is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him, (Hebrews 11:6). He is not a user of men. As a covenant keeping God (Psalm 89:34), He fulfils His own part of the agreement when we fulfil our own part. God the creator of the universe, the only wise God takes pleasure in the prosperity of His children, (Psalm 35:27).
Although, God wants His people to enjoy the best of God, many of us are far from doing so. As children of God we are supposed to be ahead all the time, (Deuteronomy 28:13). We are destined to enjoy a more successful life.
There are two major things we need to observe to continually enjoy God’s best. These are:
1. Serve God ONLY
“For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God” Exodus 34:14 (KJV). Also, Matthew 6:24 says, “No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.”
Anything that your heart pants for more than God at any time is a god to you. Furthermore, anything that is number one on your priority list other than God is a god in your life. (more…)
