A Word From Christ Guarantee’s Quick Turnaround

Have you been toiling for a long time with nothing to show for it? Do you desire a quick turnaround in your life? One word of Christ is what you need! A wise man said that one word encounter is worth much more than many years of effort.

The centurion answered and said, “Lord, I am not worthy that You should come under my roof. But only speak a word, and my servant will be healed. Then Jesus said to the centurion, “Go your way; and as you have believed, so let it be done for you.” And his servant was healed that same hour – Matthew 8:8, 13 (NKJV, emphasis mine)

When He had stopped speaking, He said to Simon, “Launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.” But Simon answered and said to Him, “Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless at Your word I will let down the net.” And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking- Luke 5:4-6 (NKJV, emphasis mine).

You may have prayed, fasted, made the right confessions and even worked very hard, etc, but you seem to have gotten nothing in return for your effort, and you are asking, “What haven’t I done?” The answer is that you have not got Christ words! This makes all the difference.

The word of Christ commands prompt actions from whatever or wherever He had sent it to, Isaiah 55:11. Everything in heaven, on earth and beneath the earth bows to His commands. They can never resist His words. Do you wonder why?

Jesus Christ co-created the world and everything within it with God the father and the Holy Spirit, Genesis 1:26, John 1:1-3. So, everything is subject to Him. He is the Lord over all. The centurion in Matthew 8: 8-9 understood this. He considered that if he, being a man under authority, can command obedience from the people under him, Jesus Christ would be able to command more from all His subjects.

What are Christ’s subjects? Every authority, power, dominion and everything that has a name both in the spiritual and physical worlds is a subject of Jesus – Ephesians 1:20-21. And everything means everything; there is no exception.  This is why demons, sickness and diseases, earth, trees, water and death, etc.,  obey Him.

Christ words are powerful and able to give you the quick turnaround you desire. One word of Christ will cause situations to change instantly. In Luke 5:1-9; Peter, a seasoned fisherman had an encounter with the word of Jesus and he experienced a net breaking and boat sinking turnaround.

Consider this-Peter and the other fishermen toiled the whole night (the best time for fishing) and caught nothing. But when a word came from Jesus to launch out into the deep and let down the nets in the day, all the fishes gathered from everywhere to be caught beyond what the two boats could carry. What a catch! Truly all you need is a word from Christ.

Again, in the story of the marriage in Cana of Galilee (John 2:1-10), we see another example of encounter with Christ words. Mary, the mother of Jesus said to the servants, “Whatsoever He says unto you, do it” And that was it. When they obeyed the words of Jesus, water turned into wine on the way to the manager of the feast. That is what is called quick turnaround.

Now, you may ask me, “so how do I get the word of Christ for my quick turnaround?”  You need to continue the scriptural steps you have been taking: word study, fasting and praying and right confessions, etc, but this time listen for the Master’s voice.

Be sensitive in the spirit and tune your spiritual ears to hear Jesus when He speaks to you while you are engaging the spiritual steps. Jesus speaks all the time, the problem is that we are more conscious of the physical things or world than the spiritual, and so our ears are not connected to hear Christ words.

In conclusion, it is wisdom to spend time to hear from Jesus concerning that situation. Don’t be in a haste to take steps. One word encounter will save you hours, days, months and even years of wasted effort, frustration and terminal occurrences.
