Hi, Jesus loves you
When last did you knock on Jesus Christ’s door? The Lord is always receiving knocks on His door and He is expecting yours too. Nobody knocks on His door in faith and returns empty handed. Jesus is the God of all possibilities and your case cannot be the first impossible case. This post tells you more about this.
“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened – Matthew 7:7-8 (NKJV)
But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible – Matthew 19:26 (NKJV)
And the whole multitude sought to touch Him, for power went out from Him and healed them all – Luke 6:19 (NKJV, emphasis mine)
One time, Jesus entered the city of Capernaum and when it was heard that He was in the house, immediately multitude gathered to the point that there was no more room to receive anyone else again. Now, there was a paralytic who was carried by four men. When they could not get to Christ because of the crowd, they uncovered the roof where He was and lowered the paralytic down to the ground. When Jesus saw their faith by their action, He healed the man, so that he who entered being carried got up and walked away with his two legs healthy, carrying his bed. He knocked on Christ’s door and left healed! – Mark 2:1-12
There is nothing impossible with Jesus (Jesus is God, John 1:1-5, 14).
Everyone that met Christ for one thing or the other went home rejoicing. All who were sick and sought to touch Christ did so and were healed, all of them got healed!
Jesus said you should ask that your joy may be full – John 16:24. This is because whoever asks receives, and he who seeks finds and he who knocks it will be opened unto him.
The woman with the issue of blood in Luke 8:43-48, had a case that was impossible with men and had suffered for twelve years. But when she went to Jesus, she didn’t return empty-handed like when she went to the physicians, she was totally made whole. Her impossible case became possible with Christ!
Just go in Faith
What is that issue in your life that needs to be addressed? Take it to God in prayer and believe that Christ will fulfill His word in your life. He said ask and you will receive, so ask and you will receive. Your faith in God will cause you not to return empty-handed. Jesus said you should have faith in God, and whatever things you ask when you pray, you should believe that you received them, and you will have them – Mark 11:22, 24
Jesus wants to attend to all your problems, but what is limiting Him is your faith. You must believe that He can and will solve them, if you want to return rejoicing. When Jesus returned to Nazareth His own country, He could not do much for the people because they didn’t believe in Him. But he was able to heal a few sick people (Mark 6:1-6); I believe those ones believed in Christ in-spite of the unbelief of the others.
So, you can be like those few who believed in Jesus, even though their brethren didn’t believe. Knock on Jesus door in faith, don’t mind the contrary things you may have heard or read, and see for yourself that you will never go empty-handed. Keep knocking and asking, the door will surely be opened and you will receive your desire.
In Luke 18:1-8, Christ told a parable to show that you should keep asking and knocking and not be discouraged. A widow kept going to this judge for him to give her justice from her adversary. One day, the judge decided to grant her heart desire so that she wouldn’t weary him. And the Lord said if this unjust judge could do that, shall God not avenge His own children who cry out to Him day and night, though He bears long with them? He said that God will avenge them speedily. But then, when God comes to answer will He find faith in you?
Conclusion
One thing is certain, there is nothing impossible with Christ and that includes your case. Your faith will always deliver your heart desires to you, even if it takes a while. So Knock on Jesus door today and you will never go empty- handed. Hey! Jesus is waiting for you.
