Some people think that God is Almighty God, so He has no desire, feeling, or passion. And they only think of what they can get from Him. So, they are always in the ‘give me give me’ mood, and they fail to seek the heartbeat of God. And when they don’t receive anything from the Lord they conclude that He cannot deliver. Unfortunately, this is not true and it’s the ignorance of the people playing out in their lives. This post tells what God’s heartbeat is and how to touch His heart for fearful blessings.
For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth – I Timothy 2:3-4 (NKJV).
The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance – 2 Peter 3:9 (NKJV)
Introduction
There is always a place to stand to receive from God. This means that you need to be in right standing with God to obtain blessings from the Father. Truly, God gives drops of blessings now and then, but what are those when you can get showers of blessings. However, the good news is that you can get all the showers you need.
God will grant the heart desires of everyone who pleases Him. For He said, “draw nigh unto me and I will draw nigh unto you” (James 4:8). So, when you do His will, He does your will. Also, when you meet His heartbeat, He will meet your desires. Surely, God will never fail on His part for He is a covenant-keeping God.
What Is The Heartbeat of God?
What then is the heartbeat of God? The Lord truly has a heartbeat and that is what drives everything He does. And this is all because of His love for man. So, God’s heartbeat is that all men reconcile back to Him. For, it’s not the will of God that any should perish, but that all will have everlasting life. This is God’s passion: a passion for lost souls to return to Him (2 Peter 3:9).
Therefore, anyone who shares this passion with Him will always secure divine favour and blessings. And the Lord will highly exalt such a one. For, if you touch His heart, you will provoke His attention to grant you whatsoever you desire.
Scriptural Examples
A number of persons touched God’s heart and manifested greatly in their lives. For example, Abraham touched the Lord’s heart by his faith and prompt obedience and God swore a blessing that is still running in his generations after him – Genesis 22:16-18
Another time Solomon touched the heart of God by the bountiful sacrifice he gave to Him. And the Father gave him an open cheque, which He filled out of a great heart for his people. And this further pleased the Lord. So, He granted him the wisdom he desired and much more (I Kings 3:4-5, 9-10, 12-13).
Also, we must mention David who was a man after God’s heart. For by pleasing God, he secured a name and blessings that heaven and earth cannot forget. In addition, he gained the privilege of having the Messiah come through his lineage (Acts 13:22-23).
Soul Winning Blesses More
All these people touched the Lord’s heart and secured blessings. How much more, when a person fulfills His heartbeat. Therefore, joining the Almighty in His campaign to reconcile mankind back to Him will certainly attract His undivided attention.
How To Touch The Heartbeat Of God
So, how do you go about it? It’s by reaching out to men, women, and children and telling them about Christ. This you do in your words and actions, and most importantly in love. Also, your testimony is a channel of salvation. For example, the Samaritan only testified of her encounter with Jesus and the multitude believed in Christ (John 4:39). So, God can use you any way possible if you’re willing to be a vessel in His hands. And don’t forget that this will place you right before God for fearful blessings.
Conclusion
The Almighty God has a heartbeat for souls to reconcile back to Him. For, He doesn’t want anyone to perish. Therefore, He seeks men and women who will be worthy vessels to be used. And God, who is a great rewarder, will reward the person handsomely. Therefore, join the army of God, who is on the move to reconcile multitude back to God today.

Once saint Augustine wrote that our souls are restless until they find rest in thee. Thanks for this posting which gives the key for bringing God to partner with us in this difficult journey on earth. We only have to surrender our will to God’s will and He will grant us the will of our hearts and much more. All we are required to do is accept Him and bring others to Him. What is difficult with that? Many continue to get droplets of blessings when showers of blessings will come their way only if they submit to God.
